Technology

The wide range of products is based on manufacturing capabilities that make it possible to meet the modern machinery requirements of the era. High capacity, versatile glass processing, fulfillment of specific quality standards, unique and serial production are one to one needs that satisfy our core tasks. In this respect, we have developed and constantly developing the machines and production line groups.

The maximum table sizes associated with the machining modes are indicative. The finished products dimension is determined by other factors (statics, specifications, product standards, etc.) other than the machine's production capacity. Before ordering, ask our experts who are ready to help!

1. CUTTING:

The first stage of the machining phase of the flat glass. High precision single layer and laminated glasses are cut off from automatic cutting lines.

  • Thickness of the cut glass: 2 to 19 mm
  • Maximum size (single-layered glass): 3.210 mm x 6.000 mm
  • Maximum dimensions (laminated glass): 3.210 mm x 4.500 mm

2. GRINDING:

The essence of this workflow is to cut the cut edge of the glass and remove the hair cuts by grinding. For sanding tasks, semi-automatic grinding machines, multi-head grinding machines, and computer-controlled machining centers are at our disposal.

  • Glass thickness: 3-19 mm

TYPES OF EDGES GRINDING:

  • Scratching: the cutting of two cutting edges around the edge of the glass is 0,5 x 45 °.
  • Fine grinding: In addition to grinding the two cutting edges around the edge of the glass, the edges of the edges of the glass pane are also sanded. The polished surface is matt.
  • Polishing sanding: the entire surface of the edge of the glass pane (both sides and lips) are polished and polished.
  • Fine and vibrating sanding can also be made with various shaped profiles eg "C", "I".

3. DRILLING

Holes are made with special diamond-grinding drill bits with constant water cooling.

  • Minimum diameter of holes d = 4 mm, but minimum thickness of the glass.
  • Drillable glass thicknesses: 3 to 19 mm

 4. MILLING:

A method for creating surface milling and external and internal cut-outs.
Special glass-milled diamond grinders, computer-controlled machining centers are used for milling various forms with constant water cooling. The marsh surface is matte. You can continue to work on a different request (polishing, profile grinding).
Workable maximum glass size of 2,000 mm x 4,500 mm

5. PAINTING:

The essence of this process is to apply a micronized glass granule and a ceramic dye containing colorant to the surface of the glass. Application can be done with semi-automatic screen printing machines with cylindrical painters. The application of paint is followed by drying and then by burning at a training temperature. It is possible to choose the decorations chosen by our partners, one or multiple colors of the designed designer. RAL colors can be ordered. The paints used are harmless to the environment, they are free from heavy metal.

  • Maximum screen size: 1,600 mm x 3,400 mm
  • Minimum screen size: 100 mm x 250 mm
  • Maximum width of cylindrical staining: 2,600 mm

Cylindrical painting: a ceramic surface without any interruption (eg parapet glass) in a single color on the entire surface of the glass.
Raster painting: partial painting with a squeezing point on the inside of the glass or hole with raster (eg vehicle glasses).
Decor painting: individual or standard decorations produced by screening, patterns in one or more colors (eg glass shielding elements).

6. SAND-BLASTING

Matting the surface of the glass with high pressure electron-corundum particles.
Decoration sandblasting: masking the surface of the glass creates a variety of decorations. The masking is carried out using computer-masked masking foil.
Special surface treatment can be ordered to protect the sandblasted surface. Sandblasting is carried out with our NC controlled semi-automatic sandblasting equipment.
A conventional, customary and proven method of sandblasting. However, it is worth noting that there is already a screening technology that, while preserving and even further improving the aesthetic effect of sandblasting, allows for the production of a product of increased utility.

7. LAMINATION

During the production of laminated safety glass, high tensile strength and viscose film are placed between the glass panels. The film may be PVB, EVA or SGP according to the purpose of use. After the required surface treatment phase, it is pre-laminated, and finally in the autoclave the final bond is formed by heat and pressure. Our production line is made of non-tempered glass laminates, but our main profile is heat-reinforced, tempered safety glass constructions.

Maximum size: 2600 x 5100 mm

8. TEMPERING:

he glass is made of so-called " transformation temperature range, approx. Heated to 650 ° C, then air-cooled by cooling the hardened safety glass. The process takes place in computer controlled heat treatment furnaces. As a result of exercise, certain physical properties of the glass are improved up to 2-3 times (eg bending, breaking strength, resistance to surface temperature difference). After training, the hardened safety glass can not be machined. The tempered glass breaks into small pieces that do not cause severe physical injury.

  • Minimum size: 100 x 250 mm
  • Maximum size: 2,800 x 6,000 mm (4 to 19 mm glass thickness)

9. INSULATION:

Two or three - standard or special (tinted, weatherproof, sunscreen, noise, security, etc.) - a flat glass panel is a multilayer glass structure in which the individual glass panes are separated by hermetically sealed air or gas layers along the flanges.
Gas filling can be Argon, Krypton. Sealing with polysulphide, polyurethane or silicone.
Spacer materials: natural alu, alu elox, stainless steel and so-called. warm-edge plastic spacers.
Our high-quality insulating glass is manufactured using an automatic production line.
Maximum manufacturing size: 2500 x 5000 mm. Larger size can be manufactured according to individual requirements.
